Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They apply if you wish to proceed with the purchase of any product from Furniture Stores Limited, hereafter referred to as Allans Furniture Warehouse. Allans Furniture Warehouse may, at its discretion, make changes, modify, add or remove these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for any changes and print off a copy to keep for reference. If you decide to place an order you are bound by these terms and conditions.
Security
We will take every reasnable care to ensure that your order and payment details are kept secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Delivery of goods
Delivery of goods will be deemed to have taken place when they are taken from our vehicle at your chosen delivery address. Please inspect all goods on delivery and advise us of any visible damage within a reasonable time. Delivery charges do not include unpacking or assembly.
Access to delivery addresses
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods will fit into the chosen location and that there is satisfactory access to the chosen location. Where access to chosen location is not possible alternative arrangements can be considered at the customers expense.
Guarantees
All goods carry a standard 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship.
Product descriptions, sizes, finishes and specifications
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at all times. All sizes quoted are approximate. Display products are examples of the finished product and goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be slight variances in colour, finish, shade and grain particularly on wooden and metal products. Raw materials may have minor technical variances and products may differ marginally from the goods shown. Any changes made will be of an equally or higher standard.
VAT
All prices quoted exclude VAT at the prevailing rate. Should government legislation regarding VAT change prior to the delivery of the goods we reserve the right to impose any increase charges in respect of VAT.
Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee for items purchased from our website or via the telephone with our Internet Sales Department, if returned with the original packaging within 7 working days following the day of delivery. We con't acceprt mattresses which have been used. Please make sure that you are happy with your mattress before you remove the plastic covering.
Website inaccuracy
The information, services and products provided on and throughout this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy we reserve the right to withdraw an offer immediately. The Allans Furniture Warehouse reserve the right to cancel all confirmed orders that are subject to genuine website error or inaccuracy. All products offered are subject to availability.
